Japanese Retro Video Games

What is the best gaming baragin buy you ever found? For me i there are so many to choose from, especially with all the bargains i have found over the years. One of my mose memorable is a near mint Blue Game gear console boxed and costing about 3GBP. I bought it from a shop holding a closing down sale in the Osaka suburbs.

I got Final Fantasy 7/8/9 at a carboot sale last year for a pound each, all in mint condition.

Car boot sales can be fantastic. I remeber one in Kent before i came to Japan. Think it was about 2000 and i bought a boxed 32X and 4 games including Chaotix for a tenner.

I'd say that would be one of my Pal Saturns which I bought for €10 (£8,78) from a German seller through E-bay, years back, in the good days of E-bay that is. The system had a broken power switch, which I fixed for less than €1 :-).

Oh and there's that boxed Pal Mega CD2 which I got for free because it was "broken", fixed the unit right up with a new power plug, 5 min. of work, again less than €1 :-)
